Steps

Pour the flour into a bowl/basin whichever one prefers

Add salt n sugar then mix with a mwiko/spoon

Add the grated carrots n pumpkin then mix using clean hands. Make sure its well incorporated with flour

To the mixture add warm water little by little the use a cooking stick or what one prefers to mix the water n flour

As the dough becomes hard knead until the flour can no longer be seen.

While kneading add a little lukewarm salad oil to make the dough softer. Knead until the dough is soft n slippery.

Cover the dough then let it rest for about an hour or as you prefer.

Cut into small chucks ready for rolling and keep them aside ready for the pan

Roll the chucks and put on the hot pan..

Once cooked, serve while hot with tea or stew. 🙃
