Ingredients

  • For stuffing:
  • 1 bowlPuff rice
  • 1Onion chopped 1 tb spoon
  • 1Tomato chopped 1 tb spoon
  • 1Green chilli chopped
  • As neededCurry leaves
  • As neededOil
  • 1 teaspoonTurmeric
  • 1/2 tablespoonRed chilli
  • 1 teaspoonCumin powder 1/2 tb spoon
  • 5-6 piecesstuffed Gunda/cordia boiled(besan masala stuff)
  • For phudina pani
  • 1 cupPhudina
  • 1/2 CupCoriander
  • 1 teaspoonPani puri masala 2 tb spoon
  • 1 teaspoonLemon juice
  • 3-4 piecesGreen chilli

Steps

  1. 1

    First make a stuffing by in hot pan add curry leaves,onion and tomato and saute it.

  2. 2

    Take puff rice bowl add water and soaked in water untill puff rice will be soft (aprox 3 to 4 mnt) And take aside

  3. 3

    Now add all msala in Onion and tomato and mix it well than add soaked puff rice and mix well.

  4. 4

    Now in one bowl add gram flour,garlic paste,turmeric,red chilli paste,salt and oil mix well and than stuff in cordia and steam it.

  5. 5

    Add stuff cordia in puff rice upma.

  6. 6

    Now make a phudina water,take mixture jar add phudina,Coriander,green chilli,panipuri masala and lemon juice and grind it and make a paste. Than add water and make phudina pani.

  7. 7

    Now assembling,take tart add upma and serve with phudina water.
