Steps

Cut and wash the yam

Marinate with salt and keep for half hour

Add in a hot oil and fry until its soft and turn the other side

For the sauce grind your fresh pepper attarugu and onion

Cook for 10 minutes and add a little amount of water
- 6
Add Maggie and spices

Break your eggs in a bowl add onions and a pinch of salt and then add to the sauce allow to cook for a minute and use a fork to stir gently

Cook for about 5 minutes on low heat then remove from heat and serve. Enjoy
