  • 3/4 cupSuji
  • 2 cupsMilk
  • 4Green cardomon
  • dropsYellow colour few
  • 2Eggs
  • 1 cupSugar
  • Garnish:
  • Chandi warq,badam/pista, coconut

Steps

  1. 1

    Put ghee in a pan. Bhoonofy suji till golden.

  2. 2

    In blender add milk, eggs, sugar, green cardomons n yellow color.

  3. 3

    Pour this mixture into suji n cook till it leaves sides.

  4. 4

    Garnish with your choice.I used badam sliced.
