Steps

Wash thoroughly the rice and soak it for five hours

After soaking, take the rice, coconut scrapping, yeast, sugar and salt, cardamom powder and cooked rice blend it well with enough water

The batter must be in the form of dosa batter and keep it fermented for 6-8 hours

After fermentation, take a wide open utensil and pour the batter and steam for fifteen minutes

In between the steaming process we can decorate with cashew and raisins
- 6
Serve it hot or cold as an healthy evening snack, if you need little sweeter you can increase the quantity of sugar
