Ingredients

  • 2 cupsChick peas boiled
  • 1/4 tspSalt
  • 1/4 cupOlive oil
  • Tahina paste 2 tbsp heaped
  • 1 tspGarlic crushed
  • Paprika powder
  • Olive oil drizzle
  • 1 tspParsley
  • 4 pcsPita bread

Steps

  1. 1

    In a blender blend chick peas, salt, olive oil, tahina paste, garlic.

  2. 2

    Add water if required to blend.

  3. 3

    Dish out in serving bowl.

  4. 4

    Make a gap in centre,put few chick peas n drizzle olive oil.

  5. 5

    Garnish with parseley n paprika.

  6. 6

    Toast pita bread n cut into quarters n serve it.
