It is type of bread easy to make, only before hand preparation is needed .
Steps

Take water 1/4 cup add yeast little maida,salt,sugar and place for 10 minutes to make it frothy.Now sieve maida add in a bowl mix all ingredients along with yeast mix,one by one and mix well now add warm milk little by little and make a smooth soft dough and cover with a lid to ferment for 3-4 hours it makes rise and double in size.Make sure dough should not be tight otherwise it will not ferment.

After it double again knead well and make a 5-6 balls and keep it again for 10 minutes. Now roll it with the help of dusting maida and make oval shaped or round little thick roti.

Not u can make in tandoor by wetting one side of kulcha with little water to stick it or gas oven tandoor no need to wet the side facing you. Can make on ordinary tawa roast all sides on flame.

I serve with dal makhni and pork with onion,green chilli,raita it's yummy to serve.
