Ingredients

  • 500 gmbeef undercut
  • 5 tbspoil
  • 1 tbspChopped garlic
  • 1 tbspchopped ginger
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tastePepper
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 5 tbspsoya sauce
  • 100 gmMushrooms
  • 1 tspchilli paste
  • 1 tbspchilli garlic sauce
  • 4 tbspoyester sauce
  • 100 gmOnion cubes
  • 100 gmcapsicum
  • Green chillies few
  • 1 tbspvinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Add oil in wok and fry the beef

  2. 2

    Add all the seasoning and mix well

  3. 3

    Now add mushrooms,onions and capsicum mix for one minute

  4. 4

    Serve with fried rice

  5. 5

    Garnish with spring onion, enjoy
