Steps

First take a big vassel and add washed and dried potato strips.

Add corn flour, salt in it and mix well. Make sure all the strips well coated with flour. It makes more crispy.

Deep fried potato strips in batches on low heat.

When all the fries fried one time, fry second time to give crispy effect.
- 5
Last sprinkal red chilli powder, some salt and pepper and emjoy with tomato sauce.
