Wash your omena in hot water and rinse

In a sufuria put your washed omena, salt, garlic ginger paste, lemon and let dry fry without oil

When dried, add onions and add a little oil, saute a bit, add tomatoes and let them cook till mashy

Now add curry powder and add the coconut milk, let simmer a bit

When almost set add the garam masala and remove from heat

Sprinkle the dania

Your curry is ready to be served with ugali
