Steps

Add salt in Idli batter.

Put steamer on flame, grease the dhokla plate.

Add baking soda and stir in one direction fastly.

Pour batter in plate and keep it in steamer. Cover it and cook it for 15 minutes.

Remove it from flame. Let it cool.Now cut in diamond shape. Sprinkle cumin pwder and red chilli powder on it.

Serve hot with malgapodi and ghee.
