  • As requiredLeftover idlis
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • as neededOil
  • To tasteSalt
  • As per tasteChat masala

Steps

    Heat oil in a pan.

    Cut each idli into 6 pieces.

  3. 3

    Deep fry them till golden brown.

  4. 4

    Now add salt chilli powder and chat masala according to your requirement.

    That's it now enjoy this crispy snacks.
