Remove the soya chaap from sticks. Cut it into smaller Chunks and place them in pan with refined oil, salt and turmeric. Saute them until it becomes light brown.

For Gravy, take mustard oil in pan or any utensil. Add bay leaf, then after 5 seconds add chopped onions. fry it until it becomes golden. Now add ginger garlic paste and after 2 minutes add tomato paste. Make sure to mix it properly.

Now add soya chaap Chunks to the Gravy mixture and mix it properly for 5 minutes. Your Soya Chaap masala is ready serve it.
