Add semolina, curd,eno fruit salt and salt in a bowl.add some water in it and mix it very well.Heat idli stand and grease the idli mould.After that pour semolina mixture in idli mould and steam it for 12 minutes on high flame.

Now heat the oil in a wok.Add onion in it and saute for two minutes.After that add capsicum and carrot and mix it.Saute for 2 minutes.

Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder,garam masala,salt and ginger garlic paste.mix it very well and saute for one minute.Now add in it mashed potatoes and mix it.let it cool.Now cut one idli in two parts.apply green chutney in part and tomato sauce on another part.Repeat same process with left idlies.

Now apply potato mixture on first part of idli (green chutney part).After that put paneer slices or grated paneer on it.Sprinkle chaat masala on paneer slices.Now cover it with another part of idli(tomato sauce part).

Heat 1tbsp butter in a pan.add idli burger in it.cook it from both side for 1-2 minutes.after that apply cucumber and tomato slice on it.our idli burger is ready. Make all idli burger like this.
