  1. 5 oztaro (about 150 grams)
  2. 1small bowl ground lean pork
  3. Green onions, cilantro, black pepper, fish sauce

  1. 1

    Add the ground pork to a pot with 1 small bowl of water. Bring to a boil and skim off any foam. Peel and cut the taro into chunks, then add to the boiling pork broth. Cook for 15 minutes until the taro is tender. Add 1 tablespoon fish sauce and 1 teaspoon seasoning powder. Turn off the heat, pour the soup into a bowl, and sprinkle with green onions, cilantro, and black pepper.
