Mash the paotatoes. Add cornflour and salt into it and mix well.

Put the pan on flame and grease it by oil. Now make small balls from the dough and flatten them by hand and place then on the pan.

Change the side after it gets fried from one side.Fry from both the sides.

Tikki is ready. Add curd,imli chutney or chhole acc to taste.Add onion and coriander leaves for garnishing.
