Ingredients

  1. 2Big potatoes
  2. 2Wadian(dried lentils)
  3. 1onion
  4. 1tomato
  5. As requiredOil
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tspCoriander powder
  9. 1/2 tspGaram Masala
  10. As requiredWater
  11. as neededGreen coriander

Cooking Instructions

    Chop potatoes lengthwise and deep fry till golden brown. Keep aside

  2. 2

    Break Wadian and deep fry till golden brown. Take out

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a wok and add chopped onions and saute lightly

  4. 4

    Add all spices and mix potatoes and Wadian. Add half cup water and cook

  5. 5

    Add chopped tomatoes in the end.

  6. 6

    Add fresh coriander and serve hot with Parantha or chapatti.
