Make a white cheesy sauce by mixing the milk, flour and sauce powder and heat until it's thick. Once thickened add cheese and leaslve some cheese for later. Set aside.

Pre heat an oven to 180 degrees Celsius

To make the pasta sauce, chop the onion finely, and fry until translucent. Then add the mince and season with the meat spice. Once the meat is brown, add the canned tomato and stir continuously. Add more water if it goes thicker.

In another pot, boil water add oil and add pasta sheets and cook until they're 70% cooked. Leave in the water

For the layering, start with the meat sauce, add the creamy cheese sauce then the pasta sheet then repeat

Put in the oven for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven, increase the heat to 220 then layer with cheese, parmesean and sauce. Top off with dried basil. Add to the oven again for another 10 minutes or until the cheese bubbles

Remove from the oven and let it sit before serving
