  1. Beef
  2. Onions
  3. Garlic
  4. Capsicum
  5. Pepper
  6. Cooking oil
  7. Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil beef till tender

  2. 2

    Add oil and fry for a minute or two then add onions and fry till translucent, then add garlic and fry till golden brown

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes, pepper and salt and cook till soft. Add the capsicum and serve hot.
