Beat butter and sugar,add egg,beat,keep aside.Mix all dry ingredients,sieve,add dry to wet,add milk last,mix.

Make balls from dough,press down with spoon,put on baking sheet,put on baking tray,top up with chips,bake@180degrees for 15mins
