  • 100 gblue cheese
  • 1/2 CupWhite Cabbage
  • 1Large Carrot
  • 2 tspWorcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • 2 tbspmayonnaise
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1Garlic clove

    Break up the blue cheese Into smaller pieces and in a large bowl mix with mayo, Lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce

  2. 2

    Using a grater shred the cabbage and carrots and add to Blue cheese mix, Then mince one garlic cube and add to mix. Stir well to combine together. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  3. 3

    Et voila! Your tasty blue cheese slaw is ready, If you prefer a little spicy hit put a few drops of tobasco sauce in too...Mmm nom nom nom
