Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1-1/4 lbpork tenderloin
  2. 1/4 tspsalt
  3. 1/3 creduced-sugar orange marmalade
  4. 2 tspcider vinegar
  5. 2 tspWorcestershire sauce
  6. 1/2 tspfresh ginger root, minced
  7. 1/8 tspcrushed red pepper flakes
  8. cooking spray

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut pork into 1"slices and flatten to 1/4" thickness; sprinkle with salt.

  2. 2

    In large nonstick skillet, coat with cooking spray. Cook pork in batches until tender. Reduce heat to low; return all meat to skillet.

  3. 3

    Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over pork and turn to coat. Heat through.
