This is one of the favorite snack of my kids. Initially, I used to get it from outside. But, this is so easy to make at home with minimal ingredients from our pantry, so I started making it at home often.

This is one of the favorite snack of my kids. Initially, I used to get it from outside. But, this is so easy to make at home with minimal ingredients from our pantry, so I started making it at home often.
Steps

Wash sweet corn kernels and add it in a pan. Pour required water.

Let it cook until soft. If pressure cooking, cook for 4 whistes.

Drain and discard the water. Take the sweet corn kernels into a wide mixing bowl.

Add butter, mix well.
- 5
Add redchilli powder, salt and chatmasala powder.
- 6
Squeeze the lemon juice and mix everything well.
- 7
Serve it hot in small cups of your choice.
