Ingredients

15 minutes
2 servings
  • 2medium sized potatoes
  • PinchSalt
  • 4 tspboiled sweet corn
  • 1/4 tsporegano
  • 1/4 tspchilli flakes
  • 1 cubecheese
  • 1 tspbutter
  • 1 tspoil

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash the potatoes and parboil it along with skin.

  2. 2

    Make it in halves. scoope out it ftom the centre.

    Brush it using butter. Now fill the centre with boiled sweet corn. Sprinkle chilli flakes and oregano. Shred cheese over it.

    Heat it up for few minutes till cheese melts. Enjoy it.
