Steps

Dry roast moong dal in low medium flame till it turns golden brown and set aside to cool. grind it in a dry mixer into a fine powder

Grand sugar into a fine powder. now seive sugar and moong dal finely to discard the grainy particles. Transfer into a mixing bowl and set aside.

In a pan add 2 teaspoon of ghee and fry cashews till it turns golden crown and set aside. in mixing about had powder moong dal sugar cardamom powder and fried cashew

Meet the ghee for 2 seconds. Add ghee little by little to the mixing pout and mix it with the ladle.

Add ji hot again and mix well. Wait till it is warm enough for your hands to hold and make it into small laddu.

Store it in an airtight container and enjoy your laddu.
