Ingredients

5potatoes
3 pieceslotus stem
6-7tomatoes (puree)
to tastesalt
1 tspred chilli powder
as neededoil

Steps

1

Boil potato and bhey seperately and cut into small peices.

Now take a pan add oil & heat it. put tomato puree and saute for 5 min.

Add spices and saute till oil get seprate.

Add aloo & bhey and cook for 3-4 min.

Now serve it with curd.
