Ingredients

  • 1large egg
  • 1Small tomato chopped
  • Halfgreen chilli rings
  • 1/4 tspBlack pepper
  • Salt 2 pinchs or as taste
  • Roasted cumin 1/4 tsp (zeera)
  • 1full tbls of Mayonais
  • 2bread slice

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl put egg, salt pepper, chopped tomatoes and cumin seeds (zeera). Beat it well.

    Take 2 bread slces and spread Mayonaise on them. Then fry the omelette.

    Cook from both sides put the slice on the the omelette one side then another. Press it cook till golden cut it in half and enjoy.
