Soak oats in 1 cup of milk of your choice. Make sure oats is covered and let soak for at least 2 hours.

Once oats have soaked then add remaining ingredients (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, coconut, cinnamon, berries, raw nuts, grated apple)

Serve with a dollop or two of yoghurt, a sprinkling of chia seeds and a drizzle of raw honey - optional.

One can add the zest of an orange or lemon, mint, cranberries, chopped banana, mango, drizzle a tsp of nut butter over etc. Change the ingredients to suit your taste buds.
