Steps

Take a pan on slow flame. Add oil and cumin seeds. Once it crackled add homemade Chutney. Mix it well. Add Turmeric Powder and Coriander Powder.

Mix it well add water to it so the masala not get burnt. Once the water evaporates add peeled potatoes to it. Add salt as per taste.

Mix it well till the oil get released. Now sprinkle coriander leaves mix it and it's ready. Lasaniya Aloo.

Served with yellow crunchy bhungra And Onion rings.
