Simple American pancakes
Kids favourite breakfast on the weekend.
Steps

Put flour, baking powder, sugar and salt into a bowl and mix well.

Get a measuring cup and put milk, egg and vanilla paste in it and mix well. Then add in the oil and mix it well again.
- 3
Pour the liquid ingredients into the flour bowl and mix them well.
- 4
Put some butter in a hot frying pan and add in some batter. When there are so many bubbles coming out, it’s time to flip.
- 5
Cook another side side for a few seconds.
- 6
It’s great to add any toppings and sauces. Enjoy.
