3 tbspMint Chutney, green

To Garnish

Prepare Sprout Chat by mixxing the ingrdients

Prepare curd dressing by missing chutneys as mentioned in ingredients

Take a serving glass (shot glass), put 1/4th of the Moong Sprout Chat, 1/4 th of the curd mixture, 1/4 of mashed potato evenly overit

Garnish it with 1 tbsp os sev, 1 tbsp of pomegranate and 1/2 tbsp of coriander

Serve immediately
