Ingredients

  1. 5potatoes(cut into small pieces)
  2. 2 tbspoil
  3. 2tomatoes chopped
  4. 2 tspGinger finally chopped
  5. 1/2 tbspred chilli powder
  6. 1/4 tbspblack pepper powder
  7. Salt (according to taste)

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan. Add oil.

  2. 2

    In oil add chopped ginger and tomatoes

  3. 3

    Saute it for two minutes

  4. 4

    Add red chilli powder,salt and black pepper powder

  5. 5

    Now put potatoes and cooked for ten minutes in low flame

  6. 6

    Our special vrat potatoes is ready
