SOFT MATCHA: Powdered Green Tea for blending and cooking. 100% natural. Standard grade Matcha produced extra-finely to make beverages and ice cream. Ground by machine several times to obtain a more fine-grained powder. Suitable for all types of drinks, ice cream and pastries. This grade is actually used by a lot of cafeterias, bars and ice-cream makers. https://thematchahouse.com/en/matcha/13-Soft-Matcha-100g.html
