First take water in a pan and boil it when water comes boiling add cauliflower florest and add little salt and boil it for 3-4 minute then strain it from water and keep aside

In a pan heat 1tsp oil add chopped tomatoes,bay leaf, cinnamon green chilli, cardamom,ginger,cashew,and one cup water mix well and cook on slow flame for 10-15 minutes. When tomatoes become soft switch off the gas and let them it cool.and after cooling grind them into mixer grinder to make a paste.

Take a bowl add maida,cornflour, 1/2 tsp salt,black and white pepper add 1/2 cup water and mix it well to make a paste.put the cauliflower florset in this batter mix well.heat the oil and deep fry them until become golden brown. Transfer into paper napkin

In a pan add butter and one tsp oil heat it then add Kashmiri red chilli powder,ginger paste,green chilli paste and saute for a minute.add the tomato paste and cook it for 4-5 minutes on high flame.now cover it and cook again for 5 minutes.stir occasionally.add little water and cook it for another 3 minutes.

Add sugar, kasuri methi,garam masala powder,cream, coriander leaves and salt.mix well and add the fry cauliflower florest.cook it for 2-3 minutes. Then serve.
