Cut onion in slices and deseed karela and cut Karela also in slices and add some salt in Karela and leave for 15 min, now put oil in pan and fry onion with cumin seeds.

When onion become slightly pink add tomato, ginger garlic paste,and dry ingredient... bhonify

Now wash kalera and strain all water from karela. Take pan and add oil and fry karela till light brown as u can see in picture.

Now add fried karela in onion and mix well and dum for 15 min sprinkle some garam masala for aroma... ready to serve...
