First dry your mince meat.Add 1 tsp garlic and ginger paste each,juice of 1 lemon,black pepper powder,salt and half tsp of tumeric powder.Mix and cook until all the water evaporates

Remove the mince meat and in the same pan add your onion,bell pepper and dania stems.cook until light and translucent then add your garlic and ginger paste.cook a bit then add your cumin and coriander powder.mix well.

Add in your pureed/chopped tomatoed and 1 tsp of tumeric and tomato paste.cook until ot becomes thick.Add your tsp of sugar to cut down on the acidity of the tomatoes.

Next add in your cooked mince meat.Mix well to ensure everything is well coated.add salt to taste.Adjust any spice you feel the need to.You can add a little bit of water but it shouldn't be a soup like consistency.It should be thick.

Next add in your tbsp of garam masala.mix well then add your chopped dania.switch off and serve.

Serve with some hot chapatis and a cup of tea.Perfect meal for this weather
