Shrimp Two Ways: Old Bay & Seasoning
This shrimp dish can be served with rice or as a quick appetizer for guests. If you have shrimp on hand, you can prepare this tasty snack in just a few minutes.
Steps
- 1
Clean the shrimp and remove the heads. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to a pan and toss the shrimp quickly. Divide the shrimp into two portions. Marinate one portion with garlic powder, dried herbs, and Old Bay seasoning. Heat a pan, add the Old Bay-marinated shrimp, and stir-fry until cooked through. Transfer to a plate.
- 2
Marinate the remaining shrimp with soy sauce and the rest of the seasonings, except Old Bay. Heat a pan, add the shrimp, and stir-fry until the shrimp are cooked and coated with the soy sauce. Now you have two shrimp dishes with different flavors. Serve the Old Bay shrimp with extra Old Bay seasoning for dipping.
