Soak the beans in water for 1 hour, peel off the coat and wash it, add Scott bonnet, red pepper and onion

Blend the mixture until it turn into smooth but thick consistency, add seasoning (ajino motor) and little salt to taste, mix thoroughly to fluff up the mixture

Pour enough groundnut oil into a frying pan, place it on fire and heat it up, using tablespoon, scoop the mixture and drop it gently into the hot oil. Fry it until brown and flip it over so that both side turn into brown. Then serve hot
