  • 1/2 Tspnutmeg
  • 3eggs
  • 100 gmelted butter
  • 3 tablespoonMilk
  • 1/2 TspSalt
  • 1 cupwarm water
  • Vegetable oil for frying

    Sieve flour in a clean bowl

    Add baking powder, salt and nutmeg

  3. 3

    Mix to combine

  4. 4

    Whisk egg and pour into butter

  5. 5

    Make a well, pour egg and butter and mix to lumpy

  6. 6

    Dissolve sugar and milk in a cup of water to dissolve

  7. 7

    Make a well

  8. 8

    Pour milk and mix well

  9. 9

    Cover for 5 mins

  10. 10

    Scoop and fry in hot oil till golden brown

  11. 11

    Put in a sieve or paper towels

  12. 12

    Serve with chilled drinks
