Chocolate ganache cake

First take a chocolate sponge.

Trim upper part of cake to make equal level of the cake.Cut it into two pieces with bread knife or thread.

Take a turn table and apply some ganache on it then put first layer on it.

Apply sugar syrup on all over the cake.

For make chocolate ganache take a sauce pan heat whipped cream until it hot enough then switch off the flame. Then add chopped chocolates, butter and essence mix well until chocolate dissolve completely. Then cool down ganache for 20 minutes in freeze and then apply on chocolate sponge. Spread all around.

Put second layer and same repeat the process. Last apply chocolate ganache all over the cake and cover the cake.

Take some melted chocolates and pour on the cake so it looks sooo beautiful.Just cool down it and serve.
