Preheat an oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Chop the cauliflower, and boil for 10 minutes covered. Then set aside. Add salt as needed.

Add the chopped garlic and onion to an oven-proof dish and roast until they start browning
- 3
In the cauliflower pot, drain excess water and add in chopped avo, roasted garlic and onion. Using a hand blender (or transfer to blender) blend the ingredients until coarsely fine.

If the garlic taste is overwhelming then add cream, otherwise serve as is!
