Boil potatoes and set aside, whisk eggs and fry it with the boiled potatoes

Cut ur plantain in2 cubes and fry it

Fry onions pepper and little tomatoes to make ur sauce add seasoning to taste

Served with hot tea boiled Lipton with ginger and gloves
