Steps

Wash lady's finger and pat dry.Then cut into small pieces.Cut tomato and slice onion,chop garlic and green chillies and keep everything ready.

Heat oil in a pan. Add hing then add mustard seeds, chopped Chillies and garlic and allow it to crackle.

Now add the onion and saute,Once they turns soft add lady'finger and mix well.Then add the tomato.

Now add salt and all the remaining masalas.

Allow it to cook on low flame until the lady's finger turns soft and tender.
