Ingredients

  • 1 kilo prawns washed and drained
  • 2 tspcrushed garlic
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • Half tsp black pepper
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tblmayonnaise
  • 2 tblsweet chilli sauce
  • 2 tblspoon @sujees_masala homemade chillie sauce
  • 2 tbl@sujees_masala fish and prawn marinate
  • 75gr to 125 grbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix crushed garlic, red chilli powder, black pepper, salt, mayonnaise, sweet chilli sauce, @sujees_masala homemade chilli sauce and @sujees_masala fish and prawn marinate into prawns and leave to marinate

  2. 2

    75gr to 125 gr real butter cut up all over marinated prawns cook in a pot and then grill in oven before serving
