to tasteGreen chillis finally chopped
2onions sliced
2potato sliced
As neededCurry leaves
as neededCoriander leaves
1 spoonfennel
1 tspGinger chopped

In bow add onions,potatoes, green chilli, curry leaves, coriander, fennel seeds, salt, chilli powder, ginger

Then add besan flour and rice flour.. with little amount of water

Put the batter into the hot oil and deep fry it

Serve it with hot elachi tea
