Steps

Obtain juice and zest from the orange.

Sift your flour and set aside.

Preheat your oven at 150°C

Grease and dust your baking tin and set aside

In a bowl add sugar and margarine and cream until pale for 6mins.

Add the eggs one at a time while whisking with a hand mixer. Each at an interval of approximately 3 mins.

Add the juice, zest, 1 tspoon vanilla essence and milk and whisk at high speed for 3mins

Fold in your flour and mix gently. It will achieve a dropping consistence.

Pour in your baking tin and bake for 50-60mins. Insert a toothpick to confirm if ready.

Remove from oven and let it cool in the tin for about 10mins then on a rack to cool off completely.

In the meantime, whip your cream in a bowl for about 10-12 mins or untill it reaches its peek Add vanilla essence and a bit of the zest.

Half the whipped cream and add color to one.

Decorate as you wish
