Ingredients

  • 1medium size carrot finely chopped
  • 150 gramsfinely chopped cabbage
  • 1 cupgreen peas crushed
  • 1 cupsweet corn crushed
  • 10-12soya chunk crushed soaked in hot water and drained
  • 2green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 table spoonfinely chopped coriander leaves
  • Little bit curry leaves chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoonchilli
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonchat masala optional
  • 200 gramsoil for frying
  • 1 cuprice flour

Steps

  1. 1

    Keep all the ingredients ready before hand.

    Mix all in a bowl.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle some water if necessary and make dough.

  4. 4

    Make small sticks by pressing between hand.

  5. 5

    Deep fry in medium flame. Serve hot with sauce
