Wash the spinach&brinjal.Cut the brinjalvery thin pieces.keeps aside.

Take a bowl add besan,riceflour,turmeric,redchillipowder,corrienderpowder,ajwani&according to taste mix well.Add water makes a thick batter.

Heat a pan add oil,Tske a spinach leaf dip with besan batter&,deepfry the pokoda.Like this brinjal also deep fry.Serve with tomato sauce.
