It's one of my favorite because it stays same and taste absolutely delicious.

In a dish put flour, sugar, salt, oil, baking powder, bicarbonate and mix it with yoghurt first before adding water.

Make a soft dough.
Leave it to rest 2 hours. - 3
Punch it down and make small balls.
Roll it and cook it on the pan on high flame.
When it's done spread butter, black poppy seeds and fresh cut dhania.
I covered my naans with a wax paper and it stayed soft soft.
