In a bowl combine flour baking powder and keep aside

In another bowl break egg and add 2 teaspoon vanigar keep aside

In a mixer bowl mix butter and sugar until it fluffy add eggs one at time mix add vanilla and flour and milk mix until batter smooth

Pour batter in to cupcakes and sprinkles coconut flakes and bake in a preheated oven until it brown
